This balsamic is from Modena, Italy and is blended with real fruit juice.  It has a fruity and gently spicy, complex, bouquet that shines in a multitude of culinary applications.  Pour it over pancakes, ice cream, or in jelly and vinaigrette.  We also like to drizzle it on game and grilled fish and vegetables or use in a marinade.
