Spinach Artichoke Dip

A hit at every party, savory, satisfying and tasty!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature

  • 2 cups frozen Spinach (thawed and drained)

  • 2 cups Baby Artichoke Hearts (in water)

  • 1 1/2 cups Gouda Cheese, grated

  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated

  • 1/2 cup Green Onions, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 tsp Garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Sea Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated (reserve for topping)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° degrees F

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Cream Cheese, Spinach (thawed, drained, and squeezed to remove all liquid), Baby Artichoke Hearts (drained and chopped), Gouda Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Scallions, Mayonnaise, Garlic, Kosher Sea Salt, and Cayenne Pepper until smooth.

  3. Spoon mixture into a 2-quart oven-proof baking dish and sprinkle the top evenly with grated Parmesan Cheese.

  4. Bake in preheated oven until browned and bubble (about 25-30 minutes)

  5. Serve with Crostini, Toast Points, Pita Chips, or Tortilla Chips.
